Satsumas are a type of mandarin orange and the rarest and most highly coveted variety during the winter season! A kind of cousin to tangerines and clementines, they are bursting with flavor and quite aromatic. Satsumas are very easy to peel, and their juicy, sweet pulp is almost always seedless. They are rich in vitamin C and fiber and known to improve skin health and reduce inflammation.
