How do I return an item?

All food items are non-refundable. You may return any non-damaged, non-defective, and unaltered merchandise along with the packing slip within 30 days from delivery to receive a credit/refund of the purchase price (we will not refund shipping charges.) Credit will not be given for returns made without authorization or past the 30-day limit. Send Returns to our address above below.

If your order is delivered damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please notify us within three days of the delivery date. This will ensure complete replacement of the items at no additional cost to you. A return authorization from us is required, please call us at (800)444-9515. Damage claims for our products must be accompanied by a photo. If the damage was caused by the shipper, please include pictures of the damaged box.

Returns and damage claims for items shipped directly from the manufacturer must be pursued with that manufacturer.
