This kit has all the dry ingredients needed to get your paella dinner started. Those pimientos are to die for and of course, the saffron is like liquid gold.

This was a gift to my grandson who lives in another state, so I don't know how he likes it, except for the fact that both him and his mother seemed very interested in making it. I do want to complliment the woman who took my order. What a pleasant person.

It was a Christmas gift but opened early. Got rave reviews from my friends. They are looking forward to cooking adding some shrimp and chicken. They also mentioned the gift was very much in tune with their tastes. Thank you for helping me put big smiles on the faces of my friends.
