Maxim’s is a legendary restaurant that has been serving Champagne and refined French classics at a flamboyant art nouveau institution since 1893! Famous guests have been Jean Cocteau, Josphine Baker, Maria Callas, the Duke of Windsor and Wallis Simpson, Brigitte Bardot (in bare feet), Barbara Streisand, John Travolta, and a young Wolfgang Puck, who was once a chef there. Today Maxim’s is also known for its gourmet chocolates, including their advent calendars filled with delicious assortments of 24 individually wrapped French chocolates and confections to discover throughout December. The Advent Calendar opens to 22” wide by 13.8” high and is an impressive display for a mantel, table, or  holiday décor.
