I found that rare item

My wife is a fan of Deruta ceramics; certain patterns in particular. A local shop specializing in Italian kitchen items did not have the right thing - Menus and Music did!

This was a replacement item for an ordered item that was lost. The M & M individual who handled the replacement transaction was extremely polite and accommodating and it was a pleasure dealing with him. He even threw in a Tuscan cookbook + CD as a measure of the company's goodwill re the lost item. I was impressed.
