Very large, oval shaped green olives produced in Puglia, Italy. In order to keep the quality high, the olive is hand-picked and then is brine-cured with a small amount of vinegar. This large, crispy, green olive has a meaty, nutty, yet sweet flavor. Use as an antipasto or for cocktails.
Packaged in a beautiful glass amphora jar. 19.40oz

I have ordered these olives many times.

The jars I got this last time had olives that were much harder than usual. I still like them but not as much as the usual ones.
