Disappointed

Disappointed in size of book. It appeared larger in catalog. It is a gift so it has not been opened yet. I can't make any further assessment.

Gift for a Friend

I gave this to a friend who had just visited Spain for the first time. She was delighted with it, and although I have not heard back from her about it, she has already planned a tapas party to which I'll be invited!

I think I should have been a more careful shopper. When the original Spanish cookbook I wanted to order wasn't available I took the other option offered, but I regret that I didn't realize that what I was ordering was not a book at all, but rather a pack of cards. The packet is glossy and snazzy all right but for the price? The recipes better be pretty good to make it worth what I paid.
