Our Costa Nova stoneware combines artistic functional design and a commitment to being ecologically aware. Each piece features a nature-inspired matte glaze on the interior while retaining its unglazed underside. The subtle organic shapes of the ceramics evoke the curves and contours of nature. These distinctive details create a comforting artisanal aesthetic. This stoneware is fired at high temperatures (over 2,000°F) to make it extremely strong and not likely to chip or break. However, taking the stoneware from a freezing refrigerator to a hot oven is not recommended.
