As a fan of Julia Child since my younger days growing up in Santa Barbara. Ms Child used to frequent a taco stand there, waiting in line like everyone else. Something that endeared her to me even more. When I saw this book I had to have it. Very easy to read and all of Ms Child's quotes are food for thought.
