Soft Amaretti—crumbly little cakes with wonderful almond flavor.

Baci—Two light-chocolate spheres that "kiss" each other with a chocolate cream filling. In Italian, "Baci" means kiss.

AMARETTI SOFT: sugar, apricot kernels (48%), almonds (2%), egg white. May contains traces of nuts.
BACI DEL CHIOSTRO: type "00" wheat flour, sugar, hazelnuts (16%), chocolate 8%, (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa-butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, flavourings), anhydrous butter, vanillin. Cocoa: minimum 70%. May contain traces of dried shell. fruits and milk.
