A non-alcoholic purée of white peaches that’s wonderful chilled on its own and fabulous in a Bellini cocktail. Served at Harry’s Bar in Venice for the past 70 years, the drink is a mix of one part Bellini white peach base and two parts sparkling Prosecco. Four 6 oz. bottles.

Really they are for dinner to be mixed with some great prosecco ... to celebrate a couple of family birthdays ... woo hoo ... should be quite delicious!
