Easy to serve—just unwrap, thinly slice, and serve at room temperature! Perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas dinner, breakfast, parties. Just the right amount of salt and smoke for enhancing the natural pork goodness. 2 to 3 pounds in a cloth bag for gift giving.
Rubbed with salt, brown sugar, black pepper and aged 90+ days.
Approximately 18 servings.

Delicious flavor

This was my first experience with a country ham. The flavor was excellent, plain or in a recipe. Served in a quiche for company and it got rave reviews. I did, however, find it a bit saltier and fattier than most ham I buy
