I am giving these herbal handbooks for Christmas to the gardener-chefs in my family. I had been looking for a simple book that provided basic information about the most widely used herbs as well as easy recipes that call for various herbs. I was striking out until I happened across this gem in the Menus and Music catalog. Once again, Menus and Music offered the perfect hard-to-find item and it arrived on plenty of time for me to ship them to family members living in different parts of the country.
