Sub bath toy

I misread the description, thinking that, because it had a working propeller, it would actually be propelled through the water, maybe by a wind up mechanism. I think it would be helpful to mention in the catalog description that’s not the case.

15 month needing something different in bath. Propeller moves as sub is pushed thru water? That would add to a sub's purpose?
