A set of three glass jars of Caramelized Onion Jam, Artichoke Heart Caponata, and Olives Stuffed with Sun-Dried Tomato. Using flatbreads or toasts for each canapé base, spread with onion jam, ricotta, or cream cheese. Top with chopped artichoke heart caponata, sliced olives, smoked salmon, cucumber or radish slices, herbs, sliced strawberries, blueberries, etc. Set of three. Have fun!

Onion Jam: onion, cane sugar, distilled vinegar, sunflower oil, sea salt, spices, ascorbic acid (antioxidant).
Bruschettini: Unbleached wheat flour, durum wheat semolina, olive oil, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, yeast, rosemary, barley and corn malt extract, sugar, thyme, sage.
Artichoke Hearts: Ingredients: artichoke hearts, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar
Sundried Tomato Stuffed Olives: Halkidiki olives, sunflower oil, sundried tomatoes, pickled garlic, sea salt, citric acid (acidity regulator).
