I live in salmon country but this was among the best smoked salmon I have ever had.

One of kind Smoked Salmon

My grandfather introduced me to Scottish smoked salmon when I was a child. And I loved it. He also introduced me to Latin sayings. One being 'Sui Generis' which means one of a kind. And this Scottish Smoked Salmon is. I was excited to pass on the tradition to my 15-month-old son. And he loves salmon as well.
